Abstract: To determine which method of gait retraining best replicates the biomechanics of normal able-bodied walking for a group of people following acquired brain injury (ABI). Relevance: Gait training is a major focus of rehabilitation for many people with neurological conditions. Many alternative gait retraining methods have been reported in the literature, however, numerous systematic reviews have failed to identify the most effective form of gait retraining.
