Abstract: In 2018, the Molecular Oncology and Cancer Immunology (MOCI) group established a Biobank study to collect and store samples from Epworth patients with newly diagnosed haematological malignancies. It has since evolved to capture a diverse range of patients with an array of conditions. As Epworth has advanced with new and innovative treatments, our Biobank has expanded its repository to include biospecimens and clinical data from patients undergoing autologous stem cell transplantation (AuSCT) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. Including these valuable patient cohorts has strengthened the Biobank’s capacity to support future translational research aimed at improving health outcomes for those with haematological malignancies.
