Abstract: | To share the initial clinical experience with the development of IMRT guidelines and dose constraints for gynaecological malignancies. Method: Patients undergoing radical chemoradiotherapy for primary gynaecological malignancies are prescribed IMRT doses of: 45-54 Gy in 25-30 fractions. |
