Abstract: Diagnosis and treatment of 46-year-old male patient with a case of primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (C-ALCL) which demonstrates the locoregional nodal spread of C-ALCL and subsequent progression to visceral disease and the responses to therapy over 26 years. The authors discuss this in the context of evolving clinical practice.
