| Abstract: | The idea for this event was the result of discussions between Professors John Catford and Nilmini Wickramasinghe as well as other Epworth HealthCare colleagues. We had been thinking about how we might structure a symposium for Health Informatics much like the other symposia hosted by the various Institutes and Chairs making up the Epworth Research Institute. However, we then decided that a Master Class structure that is more informal and enables discussion and opportunities to try or observe a few technology solutions in use might be a better idea as this type of forum would help you to both learn about health informatics as it relates to your role as well as gain a broader appreciation for the domain. |
