Abstract: | An 82‐year‐old male, with upper and lower dentures, presented with incidental finding of foreign body in the left lower quadrant on computed tomography (CT) (Fig. 1) in the investigation of low back pain. The patient recalled an incident 4 years earlier when he made himself a sandwich and felt scratching in his throat on swallowing, and then could not find the bread clip on cleaning up. |
