| Abstract: | Leadership of senior clinical staff is a key attribute for the successful delivery of patient care, maintenance of service delivery standards, efficiency and safety; however formal leadership training does not form part of most undergraduate training programmes. Epworth HealthCare recognises the benefit of developing leadership capabilities and has run a successful Leadership Development programme since 2009. |
